Oak Brook’s Core Industrial Realty closes several transactions

Oak Brook, Illinois-based Core Industrial Realty has recently completed several transactions.

Long-Term Lease of 159,000 SF in Naperville, Illinois

Core Industrial Realty’s Noel S. Liston and Nick Krejci recently completed the long-term lease of 159,000 SF at 1301 Frontenac Road in Naperville, Illinois on behalf of ownership.  The Frontenac building features 159,000 SF in total with 8,000 SF of office finish, ample loading, and over 8,000 amps of power. The tenant, CCS, an equipment and supply distribution company, was represented by Transwestern’s Joe Karmin.

Additional Transactions Recently Completed by Core Industrial Realty:

§  Core Industrial Partner Matthew Lee represented the purchaser, Quantrol Inc., of a 44,000 SF building at 44W210 Keslinger Road in Elburn, Illinois.  The seller was represented by Andrew Block and Mike Plumb of Lee & Associates.

§  Core brokers Ryan Mullins and Frank Damato IV completed a long-term lease for 36,440 SF at 8401 W. 47th Street in McCook, Illinois.  Mullins and Damato represented Kangde Xin America, LLC in their relocation and expansion project.  The landlord was represented by Vernon Schultz of Colliers.

§  Noel S. Liston of Core Industrial represented ownership in the sale of 31,000 SF at 1575 Executive Drive in Elgin, Illinois.  The purchaser was a local manufacturing company who will occupy the building for their use after renovations are complete.

§  Core Industrial Realty broker Nick Krejci represented ownership in the sale of a 22,000 SF transportation facility at 2450 Millennium Drive in Elgin, Illinois. The property was constructed in 2024 and sits on 5 acres of land.

§  Core’s Frank Damato IV has completed a long-term lease of 19,000 SF at 11351 W. 83rd Street in Orland Park, Illinois.  Damato represented the tenant, a transportation company, in their expansion and long-term lease. Building ownership was represented by Ryan Earley of Lee & Associates.
