Oak Brook, Illinois-based EnRoads Paving has hired Sean Marchese as Senior Project Manager as the commercial contractor continues its rapid growth across both Illinois and national markets.
In his role, Sean will lead complex paving and concrete projects throughout Chicagoland while also supporting the execution of multi-site portfolios for EnRoads’ expanding base of national clients.
Sean plays a critical role in scaling operations to meet increasing demand from institutional ownership groups, property managers, and facilities teams operating across multiple states. Known for his disciplined project controls, proactive communication, and field-first leadership style, he ensures consistency and accountability across geographically diverse projects.
With nearly half of EnRoads’ revenue now driven by out-of-state partnerships, Sean’s addition strengthens the company’s ability to deliver a standardized, high-quality experience whether projects are local or nationwide. Sean’s hiring comes amid a period of accelerated growth, as EnRoads continues to secure multi-state contracts and expand its national client base.
