Midwest Industrial Funds announces Jeremy Jelonek has joined the company as a development and acquisitions manager.
In his role, Jelonek’s main responsibilities will be managing and executing development projects from the evaluation, planning and due diligence stage all the way through construction, lease-up and tenant improvement completion.
He will also help source, underwrite, and close on existing building acquisitions in conjunction with the firm’s latest investment fund they have raised. Prior to joining Midwest Industrial Funds, Jelonek worked at Bridge Industrial, Insite Real Estate and Premier Design Build in various development, construction, and project management roles.
