Oak Brook, Illinois-based MWI Property Group promoted Patrick Swiszcz to Director of Development and Acquisitions – Chicagoland Market.
In his expanded role, Swiszcz will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing both ground up development and existing building acquisition opportunities in the Chicagoland market along with MWI’s Principals, Michael Androwich and Justin Fierz.
Since joining the company in 2020, Swiszcz has used his background and expertise in civil engineering to manage design, entitlement, underwriting, construction and leasing efforts across a wide range of development projects. He has successfully executed development projects at MWI that involved companies such as Boeing, OSI, Axium Packaging, RIM Logistics, Vanguard Logistics, S&C Electric and Pure’s Foods.
