Tim Leonhard, managing director of the affordable multi-family platform at St. Paul, Minn.-based Oak Grove Capital, was recently honored with the 2013 Top Originator Award by Freddie Mac.
Leonhard accepted his award during the Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer Conference on Oct. 4 in Chicago.
Leonhard has been with Oak Grove Capital and its predecessors since 2007, and has closed more than $4 billion of affordable multi-family housing debt transactions during his 15-year career.
