Oak Grove Capital recently provided $18.9 million worth of funding for seniors housing facilities in Minnesota.
The largest of these deals was for Copperfield Hill Manor, a 157-unit complex in Robbinsdale, Minn. The $9.4 million FHA refinance loan was facilitated by Michael Leonard, a vice president with Oak Grove Capital.
