Real estate investment manager Oak Street Real Estate Capital, LLC (“Oak Street”) has hired GE Capital veteran Colleen Collins as a managing director to join the firm’s investment team focusing on sourcing and structuring sale-leaseback transactions.
Collins spent 15 years with GE Capital, holding senior executive positions within corporate finance where she led a national team focused on fixed asset finance and was also integral in leading the process of a spin-out of a GE Capital business to a prominent venture firm.
Colleen graduated suma cum laude from Georgetown University, School of Business, and earned her MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. She serves on the board of Share Foundation for the Handicapped.
