Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois-based Lee & Associates of Illinois promoted Tony Russo from Executive Vice President to Principal.
With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Russo has played an instrumental role in launching and growing the firm’s office practice since joining Lee & Associates of Illinois in 2020. He began his career focused on the I-88 and East-West Corridor, developing deep market knowledge and lasting client relationships. He has since expanded his reach into the I-90 Northwest Suburbs, broadening the firm’s presence across the region.
As the office market continues to gain momentum and rebound from the effects of the pandemic, Russo will help lead its next phase of growth. In his new role as Principal, he plans to continue expanding Lee & Associates of Illinois’ office division, strengthen its regional reach, and create new opportunities to serve clients throughout the market.
Prior to his brokerage career, he attended Madison Area Technical College where he earned his technical diploma in architectural drafting. He is a licensed Illinois Managing Broker and is affiliated with the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors (NICAR).
