Oberer Companies has finalized a deal to bring a 248,000-square-foot Menards complex to 1227 E. Dayton Yellow Springs Road in Fairborn, Ohio.
The new store will rise in Oberer’s Valle Greene North development.
The Menards will be built on 21 acres adjacent to the 124,000-square-foot Kroger Marketplace that opened in August of 2017. Plans submitted by Menards propose 173,266 square feet of heated store floor area, 27,657 square feet of garden/shipping floor area and a 46,780-square-foot accessory warehouse building.
Menards will join Kroger, PetValu and Starubcks, as well as other restaurants and local retailers, to the Shoppes at Valle Greene.
