O’Donnell Commercial secures multiple tenants including Cadence Health

O’Donnell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented 1600 Randall Road, a 100,000 square foot medical office building, in three recent transactions.

Cadence Health, Heritage Primary Care, and Vein & Laser Center of Elgin Cardiac Surgery will take occupancy in 2015 at the brand new Healthcare Realty property, located adjacent from Advocate Sherman Hospital.

Kevin O’Donnell and Mike Lentino of O’Donnell Commercial represent the Nashville, Tennessee headquartered REIT, which owns over 14.3 million square feet of medical space in over 30 states and was the first REIT to focus on medical office buildings. O’Donnell Commercial has brokered 1600 Randall for approximately two years recruiting multiple tenants to the state-of-the-art facility.

Cadence Health will occupy roughly 6,000 square feet on the second floor come spring. The regional healthcare group will be able to expand their reach into Elgin through their new location, which will staff general physicians. Gary Fazzio of CBRE represented Cadence Health in this transaction.

Vein and Laser Center of Elgin Cardiac Surgery is relocating from their on-campus location at Advocate Sherman Hospital to a newly built out 4,300 square foot space this February. Heritage Primary Care also relocated from their on-campus location to a more cost-effective option at 1600 Randall Road; they took occupancy this month.

Roughly 50,000 square feet remain at 1600 Randall Road, which can accommodate entire-floor tenants and offer building signage facing Randall Road. Other tenants include satellite offices for Midwest Oncology, Suburban Orthopedics, and Derick Dermatology, as well as main locations for Advanced Medical & Wellness and Advanced Clinic.
