O’Donnell Commercial Real Estate represented Sentinel Asset Management in the sale of their 38,750-square-foot office complex in Aurora, Illinois.
1000-1050 Corporate Boulevard, comprised of two single story office buildings was purchased by a private family partnership in August. Kevin O’Donnell and Meredith Klug of O’Donnell represented the seller while Bradford Dessy represented the private buyer.
Each building on the 3.27-acre complex is 19,375-square-feet and has one loading dock with 6 drive-in doors. Tenants who occupy the space are Case Management Solutions, Protocol, OSI Technologies, Groundwater Environmental and Sole Unique Dance Complex.
