After being on the market for nearly five months, Google‘s 531,194-square-foot Midwest headquarters building in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood is reportedly selling for $305 million.
Investment manager American Realty Advisors has agreed to buy the 10-story building located at 1000 W. Fulton, Crain’s reports, which comes to roughly $574 per square foot–the third highest per-square-foot price in Chicago history.
This could bring a major return for Sterling Bay if the sale is completed as expected, according to Crain’s, since the firm originally bought the building in 2012 for just $12 million and converted it from the former Fulton Market Cold Storage warehouse to modern offices.
