Laura Moore has joined Minnetonka, Minnesota-based Colliers International|Minnesota, where she will work with Colliers’ office brokerage team to provide office representation, agency leasing, development consulting, investment sales and land brokerage services.
Moore began her career in Texas in 2002, working as a leasing specialist for retail properties. She began working in retail brokerage when she relocated to Minnesota. In 2011, she formed her own one-person company and represented a junior box retailer as it expanded its presence in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Moore also worked with Platinum Properties Group. There, she represented a variety of clients, including national, regional and local companies looking to secure retail, flex industrial and office spaces in Minnesota. She is an active member of MNCAR, NAIOP and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
