Matt Wright has joined the Cushman & Wakefield’s St. Louis office as a director specializing in office tenant and landlord representation.
Wright joins Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis from Bradford Allen in Chicago. A native St. Louisan, he brings more than six years of commercial real estate experience to his new position. Specializing in office tenant and landlord representation, he assists his clients with lease audits/review, the office-lease renewal process, entrepreneurial and start-up real estate solutions, office expansion/consolidation, as well as office integration with test kitchens and/or research and development facilities.

Wright holds Illinois and Missouri real estate licenses and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
