Collin Barr, president of Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies’ North Region, was presented with the Father of Waters award by the Minneapolis Downtown Council for his work in helping to advance the goals of the Downtown Council, Downtown Improvement District and Intersections: Downtown 2025 Plan.
The award is the highest honor passed out by the Minneapolis Downtown Council.
Barr is the immediate past chairman of the council.
