n & Company recently closed a pair of deals in the Milwaukee area.
Angie Hoehnen and Susan Sardina of Ogden & Company represented both the seller and buyer in the sale of the Rose Garden Banquet Facility in Wausau, Wis. The facility sold in September for $700,000.
Sardina and Hoehnen also represented the seller in the sale of 816 W. Greenfield Ave., an 18-unit apartment building, in September to Dulcinea LLC. Gordon Steimle represented the buyer in the transaction.
