Beachwood, Ohio-based EMMCO Corp. has joined the Coldwell Banker Commercial network, and will now be known as Coldwell Banker Commercial EMMCO Realty Group.
The five associates of the company will remain at their current office in Beachwood.
Jeffrey Soclof, president, will serve as the company broker, and will manage the leasing and sales division. Andrew Soclof will continue in his role overseeing property management and strategic development.
