Eric Newland has joined Hilliard, Ohio-based Equity as senior vice president of development.
Newland joins Equity with a professional background in real estate development and as a registered architect. Throughout his more than 20-year career, Newland has been involved in national retail, office, restaurant, medical, religious, multifamily, single-family and mixed-use projects.
Additionally, Newland has held active roles on several planning commission review boards and non-profits.
