Moreland Hills, Ohio-based Heritage Development Company recently facilitated the sale of a single-tenant shpping center in Clearwater, Fla.
Benderson Development Company purchased the single-tenant K-Mart shopping center.
The shopping center is 95,810 square feet. K-Mart has been a tenant at it since the inception of the center, which was originally built in 1973 by Bert L. Wolstein.
“It was a congenial transaction for both Heritage and Benderson Development Company,” said Iris Wolstein, chief executive officer and president of Heritage Development Company. “We are fortunate to be a part of this friendly relationship with the Benderson team.”
