Richfield, Ohio-based IRG Realty Advisors promoted two internal candidates to key executive roles.
Greg Hipp has been named president of IRG Realty Advisors. He will oversee the company’s strategic direction and six service lines, and will also maintain his prior responsibilities as director of property management.
Hipp has more than 13 years of service a IRG and 20 years of overall industry experience.
Mark Miley has been named chief operating officer and will continue his work as chief financial officer.
Miley has more than 17 years with the company and 23 of commercial real estate experience.
