Old World Granite Inc. has leased 5,000 square feet within a 15,000-square-foot industrial building at 110 W. Fay Ave. in Addison to accommodate the expansion and relocation of its operations from Kay Avenue in Addison.
The company manufactures granite counter tops and chose the building due to location, flexible space for production needs, build-to-suit offices and display area.
William Kerrins, senior vice president of Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide, represented the building owner, Rodney and Linda Menna. Val Badanin of Investment Realty worked on behalf of the tenant.
