The Chicago office of Duke Realty Corporation recently signed a lease with Old World Industries, an automotive and chemical company, to occupy all of Crossroads Parkway 605. Located at 605 West Crossroads Parkway in Bolingbrook, Illinois, the 354,400-square-foot building is one of 14 Duke Realty-owned buildings totaling 4.3 million square feet in the I-55 submarket.
“We are pleased to welcome our new tenant, Old World Industries, to Crossroads Parkway 605,” said Susan Bergdoll, vice president, leasing and development for Duke Realty’s Chicago properties. “Our I-55 properties, including Crossroads Parkway 605, are well-suited for Old World Industries and other companies that need convenient connections to I-55 and the Chicago metro area.”
Britt Casey, executive managing director with Cushman & Wakefield, represented Old World Industries, best known for their PEAK brand of motor oil, antifreeze and other automotive products, in its lease. Jeff Fischer and John Whitehead, both executive vice presidents with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented Duke Realty in the transaction.
