Olive Tree Holdings recently acquired The Life at Creekside Reserve and The Life at White Pines, two multifamily communities in Indianapolis, Indiana.

With the acquisitions of these communities, the firm now operates more than 2,200 residential units across seven multifamily communities in the Indianapolis market.

Located at 4514 Candletree Circle and situated on more than 28 acres, The Life at Creekside Reserve is a gated, 320-unit garden-style apartment complex made up of 16 three-story buildings with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom residences as well as an accompanying two-story leasing office and daycare facility.

Capital improvement plans at the community include roof replacements, the installation of new windows and doors, low-flow plumbing upgrades, new security gates, electrical upgrades, revamped grilling stations, new signage, and new paint work. Additionally, the on-site amenities at the property, which include a resident clubhouse, fitness center, playground, laundry facilities and a soccer field, will undergo upgrades.

The Life at White Pines, at 3287 Tara Court East, is a 228-unit complex consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with private patios and balconies and amenities including laundry facilities, a playground, on-site maintenance and management services and central air and heating capabilities.

Capital improvement upgrades planned include roof replacements, the installation of a 1,400-foot privacy fence, as well as additional security and fire safety features, LED lighting upgrades, a new playground, low-flow plumbing upgrades, laundry room renovations, and sidewalk, parking lot and landscape improvements.
