Olive Tree Holdings, a mission-driven private investment company with a focus on real estate, unveiled a $6 million modernization plan at The Life at Creekside Reserve, a 320-unit garden-style apartment complex at 4514 Candletree Circle in Indianapolis.
Improvements to the property are currently underway, with final completion slated for the third quarter of 2024.
Situated on more than 28 acres of land, The Life at Creekside Reserve is a gated community made up of 16 three-story buildings with 320 residences, a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units; and a two-story leasing office and daycare facility.
The master plan for the property’s capital improvements includes roof replacements, new windows and doors, low flow plumbing upgrades, new security gates, electrical upgrades, revamped grilling stations, new signage, and new paint. Additionally, the on-site amenities at the property, which include a resident clubhouse, fitness center, playground, laundry facilities and a soccer field will undergo upgrades.
Thus far, significant upgrades to aid in reducing the community’s energy consumption have been made with the low flow plumbing retrofits and the conversion to LED lighting fixtures, with both initiatives significantly negating the use of excess water and energy across the property. Additionally, upgrades to the residence interiors, the community’s external façade, resident clubhouse, community sidewalks, community security systems and electrical paneling are in progress as well as the installation of a new playground.
Remaining improvements soon to be underway at The Life at Creekside include the installation of new security gates, community roof replacements, laundry room repairs, upgrades to the soccer field, pavilion and grill station, the installation of new fire stops and the construction of a brand-new dog park.
