Omaha’s Metonic Real Estate Services has purchased The Fountains of San Antonio, a multi-family property located in San Antonio, Texas. The sale closed May 30.
Brian Morrissey, managing principal of Metonic Real Estate Services, said that the purcase allows the company to increase its footprint in Texas.
The Fountains of San Antonio is 98 percent occupied. It contains 101 units.
Omaha’s Seldin Company is now responsible for managing the property.
