Omaha’s Seldin Company recently helped facilitate the sale of the Stateline Station Shopping Center in Kansas City, Mo. A partnership betweeen Jasper Stone Partners and Agman Partners purchased the shopping center for $10.75 million.
Ember Grummons of Investors Realty represented Jasper Stone Partners. Jon Pesce and Kevin Rhodes of Seldin Company represented Agman Partners as the buyer. Paul Mulligan of Cormac Company and Rob Luellen of Quantum Development asissted in the acquisition.
The seller was M&I Bank.
The property contains about 163,000 square feet on 16.78 acres. It is currently 78 percent occupied.
