Omaha-based Seldin Company has promoted Seth Perkins to executive vice president of property operations.
Perkins has been with Seldin for more than 13 years and has more than 20 years of experience in property management with extensive knowledge in both affordable and conventional property operations. He has previously served as Senior Vice President of Property Operations for Seldin and has earned his BA in Marketing and Management from Peru State College. He holds CAPS, HCCP and COS designations.
Perkins has been a part of many new construction lease-ups and construction/rehabs. He will oversee the Seldin portfolio, consisting of about 18,000 units throughout eight states. Perkins will be directly responsible for overseeing the start-up of all new properties coming into the portfolio, property marketing activities, accounting operations, facilities management, financial analysis and budget performance of the portfolio.
In his new role, Perkins will report directly to Chief Operating Officer Michele Nathaniels.
