A total of 14 properties managed by Omaha’s Seldin Company received national recognition as communities of quality from the National Affordable Housing Management Association.
The properties include Central Park Tower in Omaha; Colonial Square in Grand Island, Neb.; Featherstone Apartments in Council Bluffs, Iowa; Independence Village in Sioux City, Iowa; JC Wade Senior Villa in Omaha; Livingston Plaza in Omaha; Maple Park in Council Bluffs, Iowa; Mission House in Bellevue, Neb.; North Avenue Tower in Council Bluffs, Iowa; Oak Valley in Omaha; Park East Tower in Omaha; Pleasant Acres in Sioux City, Iowa; Bellevue Place in Bellevue, Neb.; and Forest Acres in South Sioux City, Neb.
