Jake Denker has joined the brokerage team at Omaha’s Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company. Denker will specialize in investment sales, with a focus on multifamily assets.
Denker joined the Lund Company after spending six years assisting in the startup of a commercial real estate development and brokerage firm in Omaha.
Denker has experience in self-storage and multifamily sales, management, development and redevelopment of distressed assets.
