Omaha’s Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company has added Nicholas O’Brien as an associate for the company’s brokerage division. He is responsible for marketing, leasing and selling commercial real estate properties.
O’Brien previously completed two internships at The Lund Company. He is a graduate from The University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in business finance with a focus on company valuation. He is a licensed real estate agent in Nebraska.
