The Lund Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Omaha, today joined the Americas Alliance Program of Cushman & Wakefield.
With 180 professionals, The Lund Company markets and manages a commercial real estate portfolio totaling more than 8 million square feet.
As a member of the Americas Alliance Program, Lund joins Cushman & Wakefield’s association of 37 independently owned and operated regional commercial real estate firms.
“We are delighted to welcome The Lund Company as the latest member of our Alliance Program,” said Jim Underhill, Cushman & Wakefield’s chief executive officer of the Americas. “The continued strength of this program enables Cushman & Wakefield to execute seamlessly for its clients in strategic markets. At the same time, the program offers Lund’s clients full access to our global platform.”
Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman said The Lund Company’s 30-year legacy of success fits with an increasingly global business climate.
“I am pleased that The Lund Company is extending its global capabilities through this new partnership with Cushman & Wakefield,” Heineman said. “The expansion of Lund’s diversified real estate services into new markets around the world is a great example of Nebraska’s expanding economy.”
John Lund, chief executive officer of The Lund Company, said, “Cushman and Wakefield’s strengths align perfectly with our vision. Our existing clients can now do business anywhere in the world, relying on the same high level service they’ve known for the last 31 years. Our new clients will find that this alliance provides seamless expertise and service from Omaha to worldwide markets.”
