Dora Stuch has joined Omaha, Nebraska-based Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company as director of residential property management.
Stuch oversees a team of regional property managers and the physical, operational and financial aspects of 4,000 multifamily units in the company’s property management portfolio.
Stuch brings more than 25 years of experience in the property management industry, with 11 years of focus on military privatize housing. Before joining The Lund Company, Stuch was responsible for overseeing more than 3,000 units in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas City and Virginia.
