Omaha-based World Group Commercial Real Estate has opened a branch office in West Des Moines, Iowa. The new office will provide a full range of commercial real estate brokerage and property-management services.
Long-time Des Moines-area real estate broker Blake Brown will serve as managing broker of the Des Moines office. Brown most recently served as an associate broker for Denny Elwell Company. Before that he was managing director of Executive Real Estate Services.
