Developer StaurtCo celebrated the official grand-opening of its Edina, Minnesota, luxury apartment complex One Southdale Place during a June 29 ceremony in the apartment’s lobby and clubroom.
More than 50 guests attended the ceremony.
One Southdale Place today includes 232 luxury apartment units. The building’s first phase includes 123 units. This phase opened in September of 2014 and is 85 percent leased. Phase two consists of the tower, which has 109 units. That opened in February of 2015 and is 60 percent leased.
The project was developed by Simon Property Group and Minneapolis’ StuartCo.
