Property management firm Onyx Equities has opened a new office in Memphis, Tennessee.
By the end of 2015, Onyx projects that it will have asset management operations running in 15 states.
Claudia Woods will lead the Memphis office. She has more than a decade’s worth of experience managing distressed and stable assets across the full range of commercial classes.
Woods most recently worked at Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Advisors, where she managed a 2.8-million-square-foot distressed property that included 25 industrial, flex and retail buildings.
