Oppidan Investment Company broke ground on Fox Ridge at The Pillars, a new senior townhome development in Hermantown, Minnesota. Fox Ridge at The Pillars is located next to The Pillars of Hermantown, a senior living community developed by Oppidan.
The project features 20 age-restricted, senior-designed cottages, each with a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath home, approximately 2,000 square feet of main-floor living and an attached two-car garage. Unlike other housing in the region, this development is the first of its kind to offer senior-focused independent living townhomes programmatically connected to an assisted living community.
Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2026.
