Minneapolis-based Oppidan Investment Company recently entered into a purchase agreement with SUPERVALU to buy a 1-acre lot located at 15350 Cedar Ave. in Apple Valley, Minn.
The company plans to develop a 7,500-square-foot multi-tenant building on the out parcel. Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2013.
