Opus this summer broke ground on a 1.6-million-square-foot distribution center for long-time client ConAgra Foods in Frankford, Ind.
The facility will be so large that the curvature of the earth will vary about 1.4 inches from one end of the building to the other.
ConAgra’s new dry foods distribution center will be located here. The industrial warehouse is scheduled for completely in July of 2015. The facility will include 34-foot clear height, 125 dock doors, 10 rail doors and more than 850 trailer parking spaces.
