Opus recently broke ground on a 127,000-square-foot build-to-suit headquarters for The Gavilon Group in Omaha.
The new office will feature a state-of-the-art column-free commodity trading floor with foor-to-ceiling glass walls.
This is the second major project that Opus has recently taken on in Omaha. Earlier, the company completed the corporate campus for CSG International in the Nebraska city.
