The Opus Group announced that Greenpointe Logistics Center, a speculative industrial development in Indianapolis, has been fully leased to VMInnovations, Inc. (VMI), an electronic commerce company. The company will occupy the entire 496,416-square-foot development.

Greenpointe Logistics Center was a joint venture between Opus and Diamond Realty Investments, Inc. Situated on approximately 31 acres the development offers convenient access to major transportation routes, including Interstate-65. The shell was designed with great flexibility to meet tenant needs and features 36-foot clear height and abundant parking for VMI employees.

The company was drawn to Greenpointe Logistics Center because the site offered room to meet its existing and future business needs. The company recently outgrew its facility in Plainfield, Ind. and was looking for a location that met their need for immediate warehouse space as well as room for growth as its business continues to expand. Greepointe Logistics Center also offered VMI a configuration which worked well for the company’s needs including an office layout which allows for uninhibited access into the warehouse.

Opus was the developer, design-builder and architect and structural engineer of record. Luke Wessel of Cushman & Wakefield represented Opus and Adam Campbell at Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
