Opus announced that construction started on Highway 370 Logistics, a 168,486-square-foot Class-A speculative industrial development near the intersection of I-80 and Hwy. 370 in Papillion, Nebraska.
The development’s 12-acre site is adjacent to Omaha’s Amazon distribution hub in Papillion. The location provides immediate access to I-80, Highway 370 and Highway 50. Highway 370 Logistics will offer a 32-foot clear height, 10 dock doors (expandable to 26), two drive-in doors, 115 vehicle parking stalls and 31 trailer parking stalls.
Opus is the design-builder behind several recent developments in the Omaha area, including Storz Warehouse and River Road Logistics, as well as build-to-suits for Omaha Box Company, The Gavilon Group and CSG Systems International.
Opus is the developer and design-builder on Highway 370 Logistics. Raker Rhodes Engineering is the structural engineer of record, and SVPA Architects is the architect of record. The development is being marketed by David Maenner and Sam Andres of CBRE.
