Opus Design Build LLC has been awarded a contract from  Cook County to design and build-out their interior space located at the Cicero Business Center. The improvements will consist of an office and records storage area accommodating 75 employees.

The 260,725-square-foot building will receive several modifications including a multi-level catwalk racking system that will allow Cook County to consolidate multiple storage facilities into one and provide for their future storage needs.

“Opus is thrilled to be working with the collaborative and organized staff at the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s Office,” said Jim Caesar, vice president, Opus Design Build.  “We have enjoyed partnering with their team thus far to help create a facility that will better support their staff and storage needs in an efficient central location.”

The racking systems and office build-out are expected to be completed in December 2013.
