Ryan Carlie is the new real estate manager of Opus Development Company’s St. Louis office.
Carlie will focus on ongoing student-housing and mixed-use projects and pursue new industrial, office and retail projects in the St. Louis and greater Missouri markets.
Carlie was most recently a senior associate at JLL in St. Louis. He also spent time with Hutkin Development Company and Cozad Commercial Real Estate.
