Opus Development Corp. sold two acres of land in Maple Grove, Minn., to Great Southern Bank for an undisclosed sum.
Great Southern Bank will open a branch at the Fountains at Arbor Lakes development.
Chris Simmons and Kris Schisel of Colliers International represented Opus in the transaction. Jim Damiani of Colliers International represented Great Southern Bank.
