The Opus Group has started construction on a speculative industrial building at AllPoints at Anson, an industrial park in Boone County, Indiana.
The project is one of the few remaining sites within AllPoints at Anson, a fast-growing commercial development that includes tenants such as Amazon, GNC and Express Scripts.
With quick access along the expressway, the 256,000-square-foot building will be situated on 16 acres. The building will have 36-foot clear height, 26 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 219 parking spots and 33 additional trailer parking spots. There will be a speculative office area to provide for quick occupancy for future tenants. The project is scheduled for completion in March 2022.
The AllPoints at Anson industrial park sits on 616 acres with immediate access to amenities such as lodging, retail and healthcare. Additionally, it is the only industrial park in the northwestern region with dedicated bus routes for the Central Indiana Regional Transportation Authority, a government entity focused on bringing more transportation options to the residents of Indiana.
Opus is the developer, design-builder, interior designer and architect and structural engineer of record. Luke Wessel of Cushman and Wakefield is the listing broker for the property. Opus has developed a total of 4,429,000 square feet of industrial space in Indiana since 2013.
