The Opus Group in partnership with AIG Global Real Estate has started construction of a 12-story luxury apartment building in the Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis.
“We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to offer a modern, upscale living option in the Central West End,” said Joe Downs, senior director of real estate development for Opus Development Company, L.L.C., in a written statement. “The start of this project represents the culmination of a community effort in bringing this vision to fruition.”
The new apartment building will include 217 apartment residences with a variety of floor-plan choices, including alcove, one- and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses on the top two floors. Residences will feature high ceilings, abundant natural light, balconies and high-end finishes.
