Construction of a high-end, mixed-use development—a joint venture between The Opus Group and Principal Real Estate Investors—is underway in Elmhurst, Illinois. The six-story, 164-unit, transit-oriented residence will feature more than 7,600 square feet of retail space in the heart of downtown Elmhurst.

Located at 100 N. Addison Avenue, the building will offer a full amenity package that includes a state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga room, a club room with demonstration kitchen, a communal dining room and work-from-home suites. The project, expected to be complete in spring 2019, is the latest addition to Opus’ portfolio in the Chicago market, including the Uptown La Grange luxury apartments completed in April 2017.
