The Opus Group has started construction on Dodd Road Business Center, a speculative industrial development in Eagan, Minnesota. Construction on the 152,000-square-foot building is expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2020.
Dodd Road Business Center sits on about 10 acres and offers ample employee and visitor parking with about 180 parking stalls. The speculative development will suit a variety of industrial users with features such as a 32-foot clear height, 35 dock doors and two drive-in doors. The development will also provide convenient access to major transportation routes, including Interstate 494, I-94 and I-35E, as well as the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport.
Dodd Road Business Center will be located on the corner of Opperman Drive and Dodd Road and feature an attractive brick façade with glass line windows and an outdoor patio. Additionally, the YMCA, a site neighbor, has a garden that will be relocated with the help of the Opus Development Company.
Opus is the developer, design-builder and architect and engineer of record on the project. The project will be marketed for lease by Eric Rossbach and Bill Ritter of Colliers.
