Floor plans range from 520 to 3,000 square feet with various finish package options.
The development provides contemporary living and a plethora of indoor and outdoor amenities for its residents. These amenities include hospitality services, 24-hours concierge, guest parking, bike storage, a golf and sports simulator, multiple work from home spaces, Jacuzzi spa, sauna, large outdoor pool, cabana areas, fitness center, yoga studio, outdoor theater, relaxation zen room, chef’s kitchen club room and a penthouse lounge.
Located between South Third and South Fourth Street, 365 Nicollet is the third project Opus has completed on Nicollet Mall including Xcel Energy @ 401 Nicollet and The Nic on Fifth®. Through these developments, Opus has demonstrated its commitment to the redevelopment of the north end of Nicollet Mall facilitating a connection between the downtown core and the North Loop.
