Origin Capital Partners has hired Bill Rogalla as president.
Rogalla will oversee the financial and operational activities at Origin Capital. Rogalla has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry focused on acquisitions, dispositions and development throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Origin, he was the senior vice president – director of acquisitions/dispositions – Central Region for KBS Realty Advisors. Since opening the Chicago office in 2005, he handled the acquisition of approximately $2.5 billion and disposition of $900 million of assets. Previously, he served as the senior vice president – director of U.S. development for Slough Estates USA where he directed more than $800 million of development projects.
Rogalla is active in several organizations including ULI, NAIOP, DePaul University Real Estate Alumni Association and Mentorship Program and the March of Dimes. Recently, he was elected into the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame by Midwest Real Estate News Magazine.
